Appointment of Chapter 12 Standing Trustee

The United States Trustee seeks resumes from persons wishing to be considered for appointment as a standing trustee to administer cases filed under chapter 12 of title 11 of the United States Code (Bankruptcy Code).  The appointment is for cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana.  Standing trustees receive compensation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 586(e)(1)(A).  Standing trustees are not federal government employees.  For additional information, qualification requirements and application procedures go to http://www.justice.gov/ust/eo/private_trustee/vacancies/12ad.htm.
