This presentation will discuss the recent changes made by the Louisiana Legislature, effective January 1, 2026 in the collection and enforcement of real estate taxes, the impact those changes will have on the  collection process, including tax liens, tax lien certificates, tax lien auctions and  enforcement of  tax liens, as well as adjudicated property.Join us for this informative session, enjoy lunch, and network with other local professionals.
