The Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting operations while helping strengthen reporting, systems, processes, and financial infrastructure to support continued scale. Responsibilities include leading monthly close and financial reporting, partnering with leadership on financial insights and decision-making, coordinating with the company’s outside CPA, and supporting a multi-location, multi-state operation.
The ideal candidate brings strong accounting and finance experience, enjoys balancing hands-on execution with strategic thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in a high-growth or family-owned business is preferred. Must be willing to work in the office in Belle Chasse with occasional travel. CPA is not required but is beneficial.
