Overview

Today’s workplace is being reshaped by rapid shifts in technology, talent needs and workforce expectations. This session unites the latest hiring trends with practical, inclusive leadership strategies to help organizations build strong, future-ready teams. 

Carrie Lewis, CPA (Inactive), will explore what’s driving the current talent market—from AI adoption and widening skills gaps to evolving business priorities that are redefining how companies attract, hire and retain skilled workers. Attendees will learn which roles and capabilities are most in demand and how effective pipeline and succession planning support long-term growth.
