Be Well-Come Together is a faith-based nonprofit that is located in Harvey, LA about 10 miles across the Mississippi River from downtown New Orleans.  The mission of Be Well-Come Together is to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents in Harvey, LA and surrounding area.  Harvey is a community where the poverty rate is 43% higher than the national average.  Be Well-Come Together provides all its programs free of charge to community residents in support of increased health and well-being.  We would like to submit a grant application for $6,500 to Southeastern Grocers, but one of the grant requirement states: “If the organization’s annual budget is too small to warrant an audit, a mini-audit or certified financial statement will be accepted in the place of a full audit.”  In-kind assistance from a CPA to provide a certified financial statement would be greatly appreciated and would make it possible for Be Well-Come Together to seek ongoing funding to support long-term sustainability.  The Treasurer of Be Well-Come Together is a retired, Certified Business Manager who keeps excellent records.  Thank you!
