Gregory Booth is a Partner in the firm’s Tax Services Group. With over 15 years of extensive public accounting experience, Greg primarily focuses on Federal tax compliance, planning and research.
Greg has cultivated strong relationships with clients throughout the Gulf South region, with particular emphasis on the real estate, restaurant, and professional service sectors. Greg’s dedication to his clients extends beyond day-to-day tax matters, as he provides invaluable advice and strategic insights to support their long-term tax planning goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Greg was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm.
In addition to his exceptional contributions in the accounting industry, Greg generously shares his knowledge and passion as an adjunct professor at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Vanessa Claiborne is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chaffe & Associates, Inc. She is a CPA, ABV by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has received her designation as an ASA by the American Society of Appraisers. She holds Securities Licenses 79, 24, 27, and 63. Ms. Claiborne is also AEP by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. She specializes in business valuation services primarily for estate and gift taxes, ESOPs, GAAP fair value reporting, financial reporting, business interruption claims, litigation support including expert testimony, exit planning, and shareholder transactions. Ms. Claiborne is active in many organizations including the American Society of Appraisers, serving as Governor of the International Board of Governors 2003-2007, Association for Corporate Growth, Isidore Newman School, American Red Cross, and the Agenda for Children. She recently received the 2021 LCPA Women to Watch Most Experienced Leader Award.
Sarah Delord, Hancock Whitney Bank
Sarah Delord is a Senior Wealth Client Portfolio Manager at Hancock Whitney, where she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for individuals and institutional portfolios. Additionally, Sarah oversees the due diligence and management of Hancock Whitney's private offerings platform.
Sarah has been in the investment industry and a member of the Hancock Whitney Asset Management team for 18 years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi, a Master's of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, and holds the CIMA certification.
Nene Gianfala, Vice President, Chaffe & Associates, Inc
Nene Gianfala is a Vice President of the Valuation Advisory group with over 15 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and business valuations. She joined Chaffe & Associates, Inc. as a Financial Analyst Intern in June 2007, and upon completion of the internship, joined the company. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV), Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations (CEIV), Certified in the Fundamentals of ESG by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuations with a specialty in Intangible Assets (ASA-BV/IA) by the American Society of Appraisers. Ms. Gianfala performs intellectual property and intangible asset valuations for purchase price allocations, impairment testing, internal intangible asset management, portfolio valuation, and litigation support. She provides business valuation services to public and private companies for estate, gift, and income tax planning, financial reporting, corporate planning, employee stock ownership plans, and litigation. Ms. Gianfala is very active in her community and in professional organizations including hosting podcasts for the AICPA on various topics from ESG to Crypto. She serves on the Board of the Louisiana SPCA, is the Past Treasurer Junior League of New Orleans, the Past President of the Tulane Association of Business Alumni, and an Adjunct Faculty Member of the University of Holy Cross.

Lauren Kaufmann Navarre is a Co-Founder and COO/CFO of Arena Collective. From international corporate business negotiations to pro bono legal services, Lauren simply enjoys adding value to her community and watching local businesses thrive.
Lauren serves on the boards of Girls on the Run, Slidell Memorial Hospital Foundation, and the St. Tammany Parish Chamber of Commerce. And she enjoys serving as a member of several local organizations, such as Louisiana Bar Association, 22nd JDC Bar Association, Steel Mimosas, East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity, East St. Tammany Business Alliance, Northshore One Group 2, US Financial Executive Group, Professional Women of St. Tammany, Krewe of Titans, and the Marriage Preparation Ministry and Finance Committee at Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Les Nettleton
Les Nettleton served as Bourgeois Bennett’s Director of Information Technology Services for 35 years. In that capacity, he managed the team of specialists that both supports the technological infrastructure of Bourgeois Bennett and provided individualized technology services to the firm’s diverse client base.
Les has specialized experience in the areas of systems analysis, technology management consulting, database management and information systems training. He regularly addresses academic, community and professional groups and organizations, both locally and nationally, on a variety of technology topics and provides technology training to the firm’s staff. Les was awarded the 2020 Outstanding CPE Discussion Leader by the Louisiana State Society of CPAs after receiving the highest overall speaker rating for 2020.
Active in the community, Les is on the Board of Directors of Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans. He is a member of the St. Catherine of Siena Pastoral Council. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs Technology Sector. Les is also a member of Technology Section for AGN North America, an international association of 200 accounting and consulting firms.
